The double room was very clean and had useful amenities such as air conditioning, a safe, and an electronic key card.

Marvellous location close enough to the main streets in the city center, Genova Brignole and the train station, could not be better. Good beds, exceptionally comfortable room. Obliging staff with a smile.

Perfect base for 2 nights. New-fashioned rooms with hypoallergenic pillows. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a multi-channel television - very useful.

On our visit to Genoa, we stayed at this hotel-in-a-hotel, which made it slightly confusing to find at first. However, once we settled in, we were pleasantly surprised by the close proximity to popular points of interest. We were just a stone's throw away from the vibrant De Ferrari, giving us easy access to the city's bustling atmosphere.

Absolutely mind-blowing location just off the bustling main street, with jaw-dropping views from our spacious and clean room. The super friendly reception guy catered to our every need. The hotel's quirky charm and old-fashioned lift added to the overall charm. Breakfast was adequate with lovely service. Multiple bus stops nearby and a short walk to the train station. Loved the helpful and friendly staff and the basic yet comfortable room. Surrounded by stores and markets, and a short walk to the main square. AC, fridge, and a clean bed made our stay super comfortable. Convenient 24-hour concierge, and free Wi-Fi available. No smoking on site. Car park and luggage storage were also available. A superb stay in every way!

this hotel was sparkling clean and in the perfect location right in the center of town - offering a splendid view of Via XX Settembre. the staff was super nice and friendly, and they even arranged key pick up for us when we arrived after check-in hours. the rooms were modern and functional, and the breakfast had everything we needed to start our day right.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at this centrally located hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread offered a variety of Italian-style items. Easy parking nearby was a plus.
